This Privacy Policy explains how R & R Services & Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use PostPilot.
1. Information we collect
- Account and contact information: information you provide when requesting support or using the service.
- Connected-platform information: authorized account identifiers, display names, profile images, permission scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and token expiration information.
- Content and scheduling information: captions, prompts, images, videos, selected platforms, privacy choices, interaction settings, disclosures, consent records, time zones, and scheduled publishing times.
- Technical information: security, diagnostic, request, and error information needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate connected accounts, display the correct creator identity and available settings, store drafts and schedules, publish content at your direction, show publishing status, refresh authorized access, provide AI-assisted drafting, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law and platform requirements.
3. TikTok data and permissions
When you connect TikTok, PostPilot requests only permissions needed for the features you select, such as basic profile access and content uploading or publishing. We use TikTok data to identify the connected creator, retrieve current publishing options, and submit and monitor posts that you expressly authorize. We do not sell TikTok user data.
4. AI processing
When you choose an AI-writing feature, the topic, draft, and selected platform context may be sent to an AI service provider to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts. You choose whether to use, edit, or discard generated content.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed with connected social platforms at your direction; infrastructure, storage, security, and AI service providers that process information for us; professional advisers; or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Connected-platform credentials are stored in encrypted form, and publishing operations are performed on the server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide PostPilot, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal or platform obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. We may retain limited records when legally required or necessary to protect the service.
8. Your choices and requests
You may revoke PostPilot’s access from the connected platform, stop using the service, or request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with you by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account before completing a request.
9. Deleting connected data
To request deletion of your PostPilot data and connected-platform credentials, email support@easyinsuretoday.com with the subject “PostPilot data deletion request.” You should also revoke PostPilot in the privacy or connected-app settings of each social platform. We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law.
10. Children
PostPilot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect information transferred across borders.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy as PostPilot, platform requirements, or applicable laws change. We will publish the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
