Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PostPilot, a social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing service operated by R & R Services & Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using PostPilot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting your login credentials. You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Service

PostPilot helps users draft content, upload media, connect supported third-party accounts, schedule posts, and send authorized publishing requests. Platform availability, processing time, visibility, formats, and posting limits are controlled partly by third-party services and may change.

3. Third-party platforms

Your use of TikTok and other connected platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, community guidelines, and account settings. PostPilot is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or part of TikTok or any other social network. You may disconnect a platform at any time.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, format, and transmit that content solely to operate PostPilot and carry out your instructions. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use and publish the content.

5. Publishing authorization

PostPilot publishes only after you connect an account, authorize the requested permissions, choose available publishing settings, and expressly confirm the post or schedule. You are responsible for reviewing captions, disclosures, privacy settings, media, and timing before confirming.

6. AI-assisted content

AI features may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable text. You must review and edit AI-assisted content before publishing. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, disclosures, and platform compliance of every post.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use PostPilot for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, spam, malware, unauthorized access, artificial engagement, or platform-manipulation activity. You may not remove ownership marks without permission, evade platform limits, or publish content for accounts you are not authorized to control.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform rules, or improve the service. Scheduled delivery is not guaranteed when a platform, internet connection, credential, account restriction, or external service is unavailable.

9. Disclaimer

PostPilot is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, approval by a third-party platform, audience reach, engagement, revenue, or that a scheduled post will be accepted by a platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, R & R Services & Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from PostPilot or third-party platforms. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

11. Termination

You may stop using PostPilot at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements, or third-party platform requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain in effect.
